MTAA Code Of Practice
Updated in 2019, The Code of Practice is a self-regulatory industry code that addresses several key areas of industry activity, e.g. claims and endorsements in advertising and promotional material, product training and education, third party educational conferences, hospitality, consultancy, and fellowships.
APHRA Advertising and Social Media Guidelines
Guidelines for advertising regulated health services were jointly developed by the National Boards under section 39 of the National Law. The guidelines have been developed to help practitioners and others understand their obligations when advertising a regulated health service.
All obligations outlined in the guidelines are those set by the National Law unless stated otherwise.
