In September 2017 we embarked on a critical Passive Recruitment drive for FACSs. This involved the development of a digital marketing strategy including tactical elements such as Facebook and LinkedIn advertising as well as organic content.
In 2018 we embarked on Phase 2 of the recruitment phase and developing additional touchpoints to deepen the candidate experience such as collaborating on a Career Expo as well as developing additional organic content for social media channels. The retainer was finalised in March 2018.
We also delivered bespoke social media training to the Communications team to ensure they could build capacity within their team.
